Delete Your Convoos Account

Permanently delete your workspace, conversational AI agents, and all personal information associated with your account.

Irreversible Action
Once your account is deleted, your active subscriptions will be cancelled, your automated WhatsApp flows will stop immediately, and your lead histories will be permanently removed. This action cannot be undone.

Meta Platform Data Deletion Instructions

If you interacted with a Convoos client via Facebook Lead Ads or Instagram Direct and wish to remove Facebook app permissions directly from your Meta account:

  1. Log in to your Facebook profile and navigate to Settings & Privacy > Settings.
  2. Click on Apps and Websites in the left navigation menu.
  3. Locate convoos.si in your active authorized applications.
  4. Click Remove and check the option to request deletion of all leads and data submitted through forms.
  5. Meta will send an automated callback to our server to immediately remove your stored lead references.
